What we collect

• Order details — the email address, name and shipping address you enter at checkout, plus the items, sizes and colours you chose.
• Design data — your prompt text, any reference image you upload, and the generated artwork.
• Payment data — handled entirely by our payment provider. We never see or store your card details.

Who processes it

• Our hosting and database provider stores orders and artwork.
• Our AI image provider processes your prompt and reference image to generate designs.
• Our payment provider processes your payment and related tax data.
• Our print partner receives your shipping address and artwork in order to fulfil the order.

Why we may keep it

We process order and address data to perform the contract with you, and keep transaction records as long as accounting and tax rules require. Reference images and generated artwork are kept so you can reorder and so we can reprint a faulty item.

Your rights

You can ask us for a copy of your data, or ask us to correct or delete it, by emailing support@promptlywear.com from the address you used at checkout. Some records must be retained for legal reasons even after a deletion request.

Cookies

We use only the storage needed to keep your cart and session working. We do not run advertising trackers.
