These terms apply to everyone who uses Promptly Wear to generate designs and order printed apparel. By placing an order you agree to them.
Promptly Wear lets you describe a design, generates artwork with an AI image model, and prints the design you choose onto made-to-order garments that are produced and shipped by our print partner.
You are responsible for the prompts and reference images you submit. Do not upload material you do not have the rights to, and do not submit prompts intended to produce hateful, sexual, violent or otherwise unlawful imagery. Generation requests may be refused by the model or by us.
You keep the right to use the artwork you generate for your own purchases. We may reuse generated artwork in an anonymised form to improve and showcase the service; we do not publish your uploaded reference photos.
All prices are shown in EUR and are calculated on our server at checkout, including any applicable tax and shipping. An order is accepted once payment is confirmed and you receive an order confirmation with an order number.
Because every item is printed for you individually, we cannot change or cancel an order once it has entered production. If you spot a mistake, contact us at support@promptlywear.com immediately and we will help if production has not started.
Custom, made-to-order items are exempt from the standard EU right of withdrawal. We will replace or refund any item that arrives damaged, misprinted or materially different from the preview — just send us a photo within 30 days of delivery.
You can order without registering. We use the email address you provide at checkout to send your confirmation and shipping updates, and to let you look up your order on the tracking page.
The service is provided as-is. To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing here limits rights you have under mandatory consumer law.
We may update these terms; the version published at the time of your order is the one that applies to it.
